Mr. Terzakis has developed and worked with national tenants from food, banking and retail industries. John D. Terzakis has purchased and developed properties ranging from 1 acre to 60 plus in size. With more than 30 years expeirence in real estate development, John has developed more than 1.5 millions square feet of retail, residential, industrial, and office projects.
